2. Commercial Account Payments

For new build sites exceeding 5 units, a 25% commencement deposit is required to secure our specialized dust-extraction equipment and manpower.

Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing site sanitation schedules. It ain't pretty but it works - keeping our accounts clear allows us to keep your sites spotless.

3. Limitation of Liability
