2. Commercial Account Payments
We understand the cash flow dynamics of large-scale builds. Payment schedules for commercial contractor accounts are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For new build sites exceeding 5 units, a 25% commencement deposit is required to secure our specialized dust-extraction equipment and manpower.
Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing site sanitation schedules. It ain't pretty but it works - keeping our accounts clear allows us to keep your sites spotless.
3. Limitation of Liability
